This policy explains what personal data {{LEGAL_NAME}} ("we") collects when you use Pagewise and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address.
• Usage data: the API calls you make, including requested URLs, timestamps, credits used and errors, so we can bill you, show your usage log and prevent abuse.
• Payment data: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive your customer and subscription identifiers and plan, never your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address and approximate country for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To provide and bill the Service, send service and account emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Content you request

Pages you fetch are processed to produce your results. When you use /v1/extract, page content is sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to produce your extraction. We do not keep fetched page content longer than needed to answer your request.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Pagewise, including Cloudflare (website and waitlist), Paddle (payments), our cloud hosting and database providers, Brave (web search) and Anthropic (extraction). They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Account, billing and usage records are kept while your account is active, and billing records longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; your usage logs are deleted with it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
